All Bangladeshi mobile operator’s GrameenPhone (GP), Banglalink, Robi, Airtel, Teletalk launched the emergency balance services for its Prepaid customers. With this service, users can communicate even when they run out of balance or when their balance becomes zero. The system (mobile operators) will credit the airtime on the customer’s account. The borrowed airtime or talk time balance will be repaid the next time the customer recharges his account. Depending on the mobile operator customers will receive up to 200tk as emergency balance.
- If your main balance is Tk. 20 or less, you will be eligible to avail of an emergency balance service.
- SMS fee of Tk. 2.00 (excluding VAT, SD & SC) is applicable.
- Based on your usage behavior, the Emergency amount dynamically refreshed every month.
- The loan amount will be automatically adjusted from your account on the next recharge.
How to get an emergency balance from Bangladeshi mobile operators
Robi emergency / Jhotpot balance?
All eligible Robi prepaid users can get up to Tk. 100 as an advanced.
GrameenPhone emergency balance?
All GP pre-paid (Bondhu, Smile, Business Solutions (1,2,3, Shofol, 5) prepaid, Ekota (1,2,3,4) Nishchinto, Djuice prepaid ), GPPP ,VP users can be able to get up to maximum Taka 200 as emergency balance. This is not applicable for SKITTO subscribers.
Emergency balance for Airtel subscriber?
Now Airtel users can get talk-time and internet emergency balance anytime, anywhere!
Emergency balance for Banglalink subscriber?
Every Banglalink Prepaid and Call & Control users can enjoy this service.
Emergency Balance for Teletalk subscriber?
The Emergency Balance service is completely free of charges for the subscribers.
15% Supplementary Duty (SD), 15% VAT on tariff inclusive of SD, and 1% surcharge on base tariff will be applicable. Customers of all subscribers can only avail of further emergency balance after paying the due or used amount in full.
